Jade is certified in sound healing with a variety of different instruments including crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and many other instruments.  Jade's goal is to help people tune to a deeper level of vibrational being and experience the many benefits of a sound bath healing experience. Jade's sound healing helps clients relax, let go of stress and go deeper within themselves. 

Jade is a certified Reiki practitioner.  Allowing the  universal life force energy to guide you towards balance, harmony, and  true self-awareness. Jade seamlessly blends Reiki,  chakra tuning, sound healing and aromatherapy to create a holistic healing  experience that transcends the physical realm, connecting you with the  essence of your being. 

Jade completed her teacher training and certification for yoga and aerial yoga.  Jade's teaching style is always evolving and morphing in order to bring the best yoga flow experience to all types of clients whether beginners or advanced. Jade's yoga flows are unique, creative, fluid and modern yet deeply rooted in the ancient practices  of yoga. 

Jade has many years of experience in helping people solve a huge variety of different life issues whether physically, mentally or spiritually. Jade has helped many clients release their limiting beliefs in order to transform them to have a better overall life.
